Spacious Chalet For Wine Lovers, Fishing Enthusiasts and Naturists. Includes a private pond and access to acres of woods. Located in the center of Ohio's wine country, the Chalet is within 5 miles of lake Erie right behind the Spire Institute. This location also makes a great accommodation for wine excursions, girls weekends, wedding rehearsal dinners, reunions and athletes in training at the Spire.
Unique benefits of this home include a private setting, air conditioning, fishing pond, orchard, gazebo, deck, four balconies, two brick fireplaces, game room, jacuzzi tub, large master bedroom with oak flooring, three huge bedrooms upstairs with two sitting areas and pull out couches, three tiled bathrooms, large open sun room, outdoor grill, huge picnic table, and much more.
Our Barn & Outdoor Setting might also be available for group weddings, events & reunions. Just ask to book seperately. Our on-site winery is open only on limited days during 2023. We will be focusing on growing the vineyard and expanding our wine inventory.

Summary: The house sits on a nice piece of property. Plenty of room for large groups. Clean rooms but the well water did have a strong odor.

Summary: This was a great property with numerous amenities like the fishing pond, gazebo and fire pit. The occasion was the annual brothers and sons "mancation" and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was confusion about the code to gain entry into the house but it was resolved after contacting the property owner. We highly recommend!

Summary: We liked the location and the property very much. Close to the Geneva beach. Lots of space for big groups. Clean with good carpets! Definitely recommended!!

Summary: It was a spectacular accomodations. Room for 11 golfers to all sleep comfortably. The outside areas were perfect for us to sit around and play games and enjoy each other's company.

Summary: First time to this area. The chalet/house was plenty big enough for us 8. It was a bit dated but we had an awesome time here. Would definitely recommend a stay!

Summary: House was very clean and spacious. Great location to visit the wineries in the area. Plenty of games to entertain in the evening. Only negative was the strong odor to the well water.

Summary: Very spacious home located on a private lot. Owner, Martin, was awesome with communicating with any questions that we had. Older furniture in bedroom missing handles and the drawers could easily fall out. Lots of closet space in the spacious bedrooms. Beds comfortable. Dining room very nice but never used it. Kitchen had great space for eating and playing games and cards at the table. Only 1 bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms. 3rd bathroom in basement area. Basement smelled musty, never used it. Great recommendation for dinner at Alessandro's in Ashtabula. Family owned, wait was well worth it. Food selections were awesome. Nicely priced.
